Currently, I only ship to the U.S. All shipping is a flat $15 per order to cover the time spent carefully packing your items. I will then pay for any additional shipping costs.
I use UPS Ground for shipping. If you want a signature to be required for delivery, then please mention that in the comments for your order.

I will gladly take returns within 30 days of purchase for any item that is in the same condition as it was when it was received by you. When you request a refund, an email will be sent out to you with a label you can use to ship the order back. You will need to pay for return shipping, however.
Once received, you will have the refund sent back to your original payment method within 1 – 5 days. (Not counting time for bank processing)

Unless specified otherwise, then yes, I design and make all of my own pieces by hand in my home studio located in Tempe, AZ.
All chains are bought pre-made in .925 sterling silver, as fine silver isn't as strong.
By default, the chains I supply are 18 inches long. If you would like a different size, you can leave a comment in your order, but please know this will delay your shipment as I will likely have to order it for you.
If the desired chain is substantially larger than the original, you may be asked to pay for the difference as well, though most chain sizes around 18 inches will be close enough in price to not warrant that.

I stand by my work for life. If at any point you need your purchase to be repaired, simply contact me at sales.jtkcustomjewelry@gmail.com with the information regarding what went wrong and Ideally include pictures of the issue as well.
If the problem arose due to error on my part, then there will be no fee to you aside from shipping the item out to me. I will fully cover the shipping to return the item to you. If the problem came from common wear & tear or an accident, I will need to assess the issue to determine the cost and viability of repair.
In the event of catastrophic damage due to my work, I will either fully reimburse you for the item's original cost or remake the item to the best of my ability.
